Where facts come from

We start with primary sources: federal health agencies, Florida statutes, Florida DCF and Palm Beach County. Every guide lists its sources at the bottom.

What we say about programs

Names and addresses come from Google Maps. Levels of care come from each program’s own website, and we say so. We do not rate programs or publish rankings. Inclusion is not an endorsement.

Payment

Payment does not affect listings, facts or what we write. The one sponsored spot is labelled, and is separate from everything else on the site.

Language

We use plain words, and we talk about people, not labels.

This site gives general information. It does not replace a doctor or a clinical assessment.
